Afternoon tea with some fellow authors

I've had a delightful afternoon with some ladies from the Romantic Novelists Association.

I don't get a chance to meet many authors face to face, because as well as the writing, I've got a day job which means I find it difficult to get time off work except during holidays.

The tea was well worth attending, though, and not only for the delicious sandwiches and cakes. the company was pretty awesome, too!
